Requirements
Before the dynamics merge statement can be used, the molecular structure of the molecule has to be defined by a structure statement. The number of atoms in the molecular structure database has to match the number of atoms in the trajectory file. If SKIP, STOP, and BEGIn are not compatible, the program issues a warning message and tries to adjust these parameters automatically.
