number of violated peaks- See `pasdPotTools <https://bit.niddk.nih.gov/xplor-nih/doc/current/python/ref/pasdPotTools.html>`_.numViolatedPeaks.
number of active peaks  - peaks with one or more active PeakAssignments
total number of peaks
RMS                     - root mean square deivation between calculated and
                         observed.
